Will my private information be accessable by other users? All information is kept private until an offer is accepted by the person that added the listing. Once an offer is accepted a sample contract can be printed out which lists both party's name, address, and email address.

How do I view listings? Top 20 listing are shown on the main page. Choose State Choose City Choose Category Fill in any part of the search
What can I list? You can list anything to exchange and what you are looking for except the following, but not limited to:
Sex and Nudity Alcohol Hate Speech Shocking and Disgusting Dangerous Illegal Acts Depicting Children Distastefully Copyrighted Material
They will be removed.
Can I list an item and request offers? Yes, you can list an item and ask for offers. The system will list your offers and you can accept an offer that you like.
How do I get the item or contact the
other party? Click on contact the person about the listing and make arrangements. We do not list email addresses.
Is there a contract for the exchange? Yes, there is a contract that HaggleMeHaggleYou provides if people want to use it.
What if the other party does not deliver
the item or monies for exchange? HaggleMeHaggleYou does not get involved or resolve any disputes between parties. It is recommended you use the contract on our website to help litigate any issues with the other party.
What if the other party does not want to
fill out the contract? That is up to you, how much you trust the other person. It is recommended that you do not do business with that person.
What is the best success with this? Try to barter/exchange with other parties in the same city or cities close by. |
